The mission of the faculty is the professional formation and development of specialists according to the needs of national economy and of the consumer co-operatives, competent n the problems of the market economy and those of European and world integration. The faculty assures the preparation of high quality specialists n the following domains: marketing, science of goods and goods’ expertise, trade, tourism, technology and management of public catering, procurement, technology of food products. The studies can be done part-time or full-time.
Objectives of the faculty:
- Fulfilling some qualitative academic programs based on performance and excellency;
- Development of scientific research as a basic element of faculty’s performances;
- Maintaining and developing quality management system in organizing and leading the activities within the faculty
